2010 ANZFTA Chairman's Award

Criteria:
The award will be open to any company, organization or individual that has demonstrated a process, equipment or application, and this “Development” will show that it has made a significant contribution to the development of the Flexographic process. The “Development” must have been under-taken in either Australia or New Zealand and must be available to all the industry (ie no in-house or corporate developments that are not available to the general industry will be considered).

This award is to be presented to n individual not a company or organization. That individual receiving the award needs to clearly demonstrate that he or she played a major part in “The Development” of the award winning process or innovation.

The judging will be undertaken by the AFTA Committee of that year.
Nominations for the award must be received by the AFTA Secretariat by Friday 2nd July 2010.

In the nomination, The Development must be detailed covering:

  1. The type of Development works; where it is applied and any other relevant information that may assist the judging.

  2. How it has contributed to The Development of flexography, including at least one
    live example of where it has been applied.

  3. The name of the person responsible for The Development.

  4. How long The Development has been available.

  5. Any relevant hard copy or samples of The Development
    Potential winners of the award do not need to be members of the AFTA, however the person making the nomination must be an AFTA member. Recipients of the award will be presented with a trophy at the annual AFTA dinner at the Forum.
